What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, prioritizing engagement strategies based on account size and health
Evaluate small and mid-market partnerships to enhance customer engagement and drive renewal retention
Facilitate post-sale onboarding and licensing of schools and districts into EPS curriculum platforms
Deliver professional development for EPS programs to support implementation and ongoing usability
Liaise with technical support to resolve issues and ensure successful customer experiences
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Preferred Bachelor's degree
2-4 years of experience in supporting customer digital implementations
Experience in customer service, sales support, or sales
High level of comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn new software
Ability to work effectively with remote team members
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior experience with CRM systems
Ability to craft and maintain standard work documentation for processes and content standards
