The Customer Success Specialist will manage and grow school partnerships while supporting educators, ensuring effective placements and satisfaction within the education system.ResponsibilitiesManaging and growing US school partnerships:Building deep, meaningful relationships with your school partnersWork with your school partners to generate increasing demand for Zen educators (teachers and paraprofessionals) to be placed in their classroomsUpselling Zen products and services to expand our impact within your school partner portfolioActing as a responsive, central point of contact for all school partnership stakeholdersReporting on key trends and feedback to our Product team to help improve our platformManaging and supporting US educators:Communicating daily with newly onboarded educators to place them in daily subbing or long-term rolesMaintaining constant contact with active educators to provide feedback, ensure satisfaction, and solve problemsCoaching educators and improving their performance in schoolsSkillsA deep passion for the education sector and creating a positive social impactExperience in sales, partnerships, account management, recruitment, or education is a plusYou thrive on feedback, bring low ego, and are eager to learn dailyYou are a self-starter who enjoys getting scrappy and thinking like an entrepreneur to reach goals.
