Requirements:
• Experience: 2+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally within a compounding pharmacy, healthcare technology, or medical device environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear, empathetic, and supportive manner.
• Customer-Focused: A strong dedication to customer success and a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and delivering timely solutions.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology, especially digital health platforms, CRM software, and remote training tools.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills, with a knack for resolving issues and optimizing processes to enhance the customer experience.
