Join arenaflex – Transforming the Future of Investment for Everyone

Be a Part of Something Big. At arenaflex, we are rewriting the rules of how everyday investors access alternative assets. For too long, only the ultra‑wealthy could tap into real‑estate projects, private startups, securitized artworks, cryptocurrency, and other non‑traditional investment opportunities. arenaflex believes that a diversified portfolio is a cornerstone of financial security, and that diversification should be available to anyone with a retirement account.

Our mission is simple yet powerful: empower individuals to direct their tax‑advantaged retirement funds toward the assets they are truly passionate about. By merging cutting‑edge technology with a deep understanding of compliance, we have built a platform that streamlines the entire journey—from research and onboarding to execution and post‑investment support. When you join the arenaflex team, you become a catalyst for financial freedom and a champion for a more inclusive investment landscape.

Why This Role Matters

The Customer Success Specialist is a pivotal player in delivering an exceptional investment experience. You will partner directly with the Director of Customer Success, the Financial Operations team, and our network of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure that every investment transaction is processed accurately, swiftly, and with a personal touch. Your work will directly influence client satisfaction, retention, and the overall growth of arenaflex’s portfolio of alternative assets.

Key Responsibilities

Final Review & Payment Execution: Conduct thorough final reviews of investment paperwork, execute purchase/subscription agreements on behalf of arenaflex, and process payments within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Financial Operations Coordination: Liaise with the Financial Operations team to reconcile payment schedules, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate transaction records.
Collaboration with CSMs: Work hand‑in‑hand with Customer Success Managers to address issuer and investor needs, troubleshoot execution issues, and enhance the onboarding journey for new clients.
Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with third‑party fund administrators, investment management vendors, and issuers to map their workflows, define joint processes, and create seamless cross‑platform investment experiences.
Issue Identification & Solutions: Proactively monitor payment trends, identify recurring obstacles, and provide actionable recommendations to the Product team for system improvements.
Personalized Service Delivery: Deliver an elevated, customized service experience to both internal and external stakeholders, building trust and long‑term relationships.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in cross‑functional projects, contribute to knowledge‑base articles, and champion best practices that elevate the overall client experience.
Ad‑hoc Initiatives: Undertake additional duties as assigned, spanning from training new hires to supporting special investment campaigns.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 1 + year experience in alternative‑investment operations, investor relations, or a related financial services role.
Hands‑on experience preparing and executing purchase/subscription agreements.

Exposure to CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is advantageous.
FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 7, Series 63) are preferred but not mandatory.
Demonstrated track record of delivering outstanding customer service with a growth‑oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills & Competencies
