Your Role:
Communicating with customers through online chat channels
Responding to questions, feedback, and basic concerns
Supporting users on websites and social platforms with real-time guidance
Sharing product information and available offers
Maintaining a friendly and professional communication style
Rate
$35 per hour
Training:
Full training provided for confident onboarding
Requirements:
Laptop, phone, or tablet with reliable internet access
Basic English writing ability
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
No prior live chat experience required
Location:
Fully remote, with preference for candidates based in the United States
