Customer Success Manager, Point of Care Diagnostics – Remote based out of Los Angeles, CA (territory California)

Responsibilities
• Support new and existing Siemens Healthineers customers with implementations, training, and troubleshooting.
• Identify customer needs and training/verification/validation requirements.
• Develop and coordinate customer training, implementation, and go-live plans to met timelines.
• Act in a project management capacity for implementations and go-live installations; support informatics/middleware connectivity with POC devices.
• Develop adoption strategies and monitor onboarding of customers to increase use of Point of Care (POC) products.
• Assist customers in establishing and maintaining standardizations, standing orders, and best practices post go-lives.
• Identify and communicate potential "at risk" customers to the appropriate Siemens stakeholder.
• Partner with Account Executive for regular business reviews (error rates, reagent ordering, service contracts, satisfaction, needs, improvement ideas) to further develop the partnership.
• Communicate product updates in line with regulatory, quality, and compliance guidelines.
• Document all customer activities in the CRM/QMS and other required tools in a timely and compliant manner.
• Ensure accurate and prompt sales forecasting, training modules, and reporting in internal tools and processes.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a biological science, nursing, or respiratory therapy.
• 4+ years of experience as a medical technologist, point of care coordinator, respiratory therapist, or nurse preferred.
• Point of care testing experience required (end user or oversight).
• Specific experience using Blood Gas Analyzers strongly preferred.
• Experience with project management in a hospital or laboratory setting.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills; ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Strategic thinking and executable decision-making; highly organized with multi-tasking ability.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout designated territory (California); 70% travel within California required; travel outside territory possible as needed.
• Company car provided.

Benefits and Other Information

Base pay range: Min $95,300 – Max $143,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life and disability insurance, paid time off, and other programs per eligibility.
