This SwiftMR technology is a standalone software solution that enables up to 50% MRI scan time reduction without compromising image quality and has successfully been commercialized in Korea and the US market. With its recent CE mark award under the new EU MDR guidelines, it is now set to expand into the European market. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a Customer Success Manager for the MENA region to foster long-term relationships with our clients and ensure they derive maximum value from our solutions. This role blends technical expertise with relationship management to guide clients through onboarding, system integration, and ongoing support. Roles & Responsibilities We are searching for a Customer Success Manager to strengthen our presence in Germany. This role is essential for driving business value for our customers through the innovative use of SwiftMR, and engaging with them to ensure they maximize the value of our solution. The role would entail the following: Implement product installations at new customer sites, focusing on MRI scan parameter optimization and network setups Provide training and support to customers to ensure optimal use of SwiftMR based on their unique needs Address and resolve customer inquiries related to product usage and MR image quality Train channel partners on product installation and MR scan parameter setups Collaborate with regional Sales and Business Development teams on sales strategies and priorities Coordinate with Product Operations team in Seoul HQ regarding training, rollout timelines, and customer feedback.
