This is an extremely entrepreneurial position that requires the decision-making rigor, work ethic, and tenacity of a founder. You'll frequently multi-task between management, technical, business, strategic, marketing, and planning activities — all while serving as a hero for our customers. Your work will directly tie back to strategic business goals for both your assigned accounts and arenaflex, making your impact tangible and significant.
What You'll Do
Account Management & Strategic Direction
Partner with a portfolio of key accounts to develop comprehensive strategies for successful adoption, long-term value creation, and measurable business impact
Facilitate ongoing executive meetings with C-suite stakeholders to define and proactively drive progress toward desired business metrics and outcomes
Lead initiatives that drive exceptional Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and outstanding candidate experience scores
Build broad, lasting relationships with key account contacts across multiple departments, as well as internal partners on the sales, product, and engineering teams
Collaborate with the arenaflex Strategic Sales team to identify growth and expansion opportunities within your account portfolio, contributing directly to revenue growth
Develop and execute account health playbooks that ensure consistent engagement and proactive risk management
Translate customer feedback into actionable insights that inform product development and marketing strategies
Subject Matter Expert & Customer Advocacy
Partner with customers on arenaflex product offerings, best practices, and processes, leading them to effectively integrate digital interviewing into their talent acquisition workflows
Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for client needs and representing customer perspectives in product roadmap discussions
Build and maintain strong partnerships with sales, product management, and marketing teams to ensure a unified customer experience
Develop and deliver training sessions that empower customers to leverage arenaflex's full capabilities
Create thought leadership content that positions arenaflex as the industry authority in talent experience innovation
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
3+ years of related experience in customer success, account management, or client services
Proven experience managing enterprise or strategic-level customer relationships in a B2B environment
Experience in software-as-a-service (SaaS) or technology environments is strongly preferred
Demonstrated success consulting with Fortune 500 companies or equivalent enterprise organizations
Background in sales, consulting, training or leading new initiatives in a corporate environment
Expertise in project management and change management methodologies
Passion for outstanding customer service with a relentless execution focus
Robust organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously
Strong working knowledge of the human resources and talent acquisition function
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — you can influence, persuade, and negotiate with ease
Ability to quickly negotiate and reach consensus across diverse groups and teams
Collaborative, forward-thinking mindset who thrives in a team environment
Strong, pragmatic approach for achieving rapid results in a fast-paced, high-growth market space
Energetic self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely
Strong work ethic with an innate desire to innovate and grow
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce

Experience with customer health scoring and adoption metrics
Background in HR technology or talent acquisition platforms
MBA or advanced degree in business, HR, or related field
Experience with CS platforms like Gainsight, Totango, or ChurnZero
Understanding of data analytics and reporting for customer success
Travel Expectations
Customer Success Managers at arenaflex are expected to travel occasionally — up to 30% of the time — to support critical customer meetings, attend industry conferences, and participate in regional events. This may involve occasional overnight travel. What You'll Do

3+ years of related experience in customer success, account management, or client services
