3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.

Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
Understand clients’ business goals and ensure our solutions meet their needs.
Coordinate with internal teams to address clients’ concerns and provide timely solutions.
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues.
Deliver regular reports on account status and customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
