Customer Success Consultant Revenue Cycle Remote | $80K-$100K + Bonus

What Youll Do:
? Manage and maintain relationships with multiple clients, ensuring satisfaction and success.
? Serve as the main point of contact, addressing client needs through meetings, emails, and issue resolution.
? Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements and identify revenue opportunities.
? Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours, providing clear solutions and timelines.
? Facilitate project timelines, track progress, and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders.
? Identify upsell opportunities and connect clients with our Client Executives.
What You Bring to the Table:
? 3+ years of experience in client/account management or a related field.
? Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
? Understanding of project management principles and revenue cycle processes.
? Experience working with global remote teams (some team members are based in India).
