Customer Success Associate: A Key Role in Driving Customer Value We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Associate to join our team at Eversight. As a Customer Success Associate, you'll play a vital role in partnering with our CPG and retail customers to drive value creation and satisfaction with Eversight's pioneering SaaS solution. You'll forge strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, advise on maximizing Eversight's capabilities, and serve as the voice of the customer internally, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer power users and program managers to drive partnership and value creation Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and goals, and advise on how to maximize Eversight's innovative capabilities to achieve transformative value Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback and insights to drive product development, sales strategies, and customer success initiatives Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and delivering outcomes on schedule Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively escalate bottlenecks to ensure seamless customer experiences Contribute to the development of best practices for customer engagements and participate in Eversight's strategic initiatives Essential Qualifications: Prior experience in a customer-facing or cross-functional stakeholder role, preferably in the CPG or Retail industries Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and deliver outcomes on schedule Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative personality and a keen ability to understand the bigger picture Empirical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to deconstructing and solving complex problems Interest in working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with a fun, close-knit team Preferred Qualifications: Direct exposure to CPG or Retail industries, with knowledge of shopper behavior, price, and promotional strategies Experience with SaaS solutions and customer success initiatives Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills What We Offer: At Eversight and Instacart, we're committed to providing a flexible and supportive work environment that allows our employees to thrive.
