Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions to customers via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Stay up-to-date on customer account information, order status, and product knowledge to address customer inquiries comprehensively. Collaborate with internal departments to support both customers and the company, fostering a team-oriented environment. Analyze customer situations, investigate problems, and provide strategic solutions within blithequark's business model. Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all correspondence, both internally and externally. Adapt to change and evolve with the company's growth, taking initiative to ensure blithequark remains a leader in the online foodservice industry. What We're Looking For Essential Qualifications A reliable and secure high-speed internet connection (cable or fiber preferred) with consistent 75mbps download/10mbps upload speeds. A quiet, distraction-free workspace with access to a home router and modem. Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows system/internet navigation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with conversational fluency in English. Proficient typing abilities. Ability to work a set schedule: 9:30 AM – 6 PM ET (or local time zone equivalent) during the 60-day training period, and 11:30 AM – 8 PM ET (or local time zone equivalent) thereafter, Monday through Friday. Preferred Qualifications A college education. At least 1 year of customer-facing experience. An internal drive to succeed and a desire to learn and grow.
