Ā Responsibilities and accountabilities with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that clearly indicate how you'll determine, measure and know the employee is performing as required.
Locations currently Hiring: Greater Phoenix area(You must live in the state of Arizona!)
Ā Must be someone who likes to have fun, and enjoy helping others
Ā 1 year in a customer service related role is required
Ā Must be able to pass a background check
Ā Bilingual (Spanish/English), highly desired and comes with immediate $1 per hour bump in pay
We are transparent in our hourly rate for a Member Experience Operators (MEO):
Ā Starts at $15.24 an hour
