Job description: We are seeking a Customer Service Technician who will be responsible to maintain air machines in assigned routes, and at times in other designated routes to assist. This requires that they are fully trained and able to service the units efficiently, that they are able to meet face to face with customers and consumers and reflect positively about the company/ products and that they are able to work independently, with little or no supervision and use good judgment in all decisions. Travel: The Technician will be travelling within the White River Junction area. Company vehicle will be provided.Whatâs Needed?
Minimum of 2 years at ETG building, testing and troubleshooting air machines or similar technician experience, dealing with digital / mechanical equipment, credit card payment systems, cellular modems and on site customer interactions preferred
Hands on mechanical skills with basic hand and power tools
Practical knowledge/experience with 110V and low voltage circuits
Ability to move machines from the delivery vehicle to the pad, weighing up to 100 pounds.
Maturity and the ability to work independently
Able to utilize GPS, Fleetmatics, and customer driven work order control systems
Valid Driverâs License
