What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Coordinate workflow and provide leadership to a team of Customer Service Representatives
Resolve complex client billing inquiries and problems, including handling irate client calls
Train new employees and assist in their orientation
Interact with sales representatives and account managers to address client complaints
Provide phone coverage as needed and assist supervisors with various responsibilities
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Customer Service
Previous customer service or call center experience strongly preferred
Previous leadership role strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry
Familiarity with Labcorps Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customer interactions
Experience in training and mentoring staff
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
