**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your leadership and communication skills will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and coaching to ensure that they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
* Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance and develop their skills.
* Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that arenaflex is providing the highest level of service.

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a leadership position.
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and improving customer satisfaction.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Ability to analyze customer feedback and make recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
* Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools.
