Customer Service Support Representative - Client Billing (Remote)

Labcorp's Revenue Cycle Management Division is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Support Representative to join our Contact Center team for Client AR & Customer Service. As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive world-class service and support. Job Summary:
This is a remote opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Support Representative, working with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to address their needs accurately and efficiently. You will provide product education, handle a wide variety of questions, and ensure a world-class customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Follow approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims.
Continuously evaluate current policies and SOPs, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Read and understand explanations of benefits or correspondence.
Document all activity made to a claim.
Communicate effectively via telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients.
Utilize tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or obtain better billing information.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Remote work setup requirements:
Dedicated work-from-home space.
Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity.
Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus.
Technical Requirements:
Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second.
No satellite internet.
Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord (equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with ethernet port).
