About This Role: Lead, Learn, and Grow with arenaflex
The Customer Service Supervisor position at arenaflex offers a unique blend of leadership, operational management, and customer service excellence. In this role, you will manage and train Customer Service Agents, Operations Agents, and Ground Operations team members at our Station locations. This position connects with many people to ensure the assignments of several Ground Operations Teams are completed safely, as safety remains our top priority.
As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you will serve as a Leader through modeling and presenting guidance, ensuring Safety and compliance strategies are followed, and analyzing and delivering communications to keep everyone informed of important updates. You will seamlessly pivot from one task to another as needed, demonstrating strategic thinking while communicating effectively with your team and supporting departmental goals.
What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of the arenaflex operations team, your responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership: Guide and lead team members using arenaflex capabilities to manage practices to coach, develop, and engage employees effectively
Operational Coordination: Actively coordinate with all Departments to maintain the station's on-time performance, Employee morale, and Customer satisfaction
Customer Relations: Respond to and solve Customer questions, requests, or complaints in a timely and professional manner
Airport Operations Oversight: Oversee daily airport operations to create a safe, secure, and legally compliant service-conscious environment
Performance Management: Meet or exceed performance goals through effective decision-making, assign and track Agents for training compliance
Communication: Coordinate actively with all Departments to maintain the Station's on-time performance. Report recognition updates to leaders and employees consistently
Strategic Planning: Drive performance strategies by forecasting operational situations that may impact the operation, monitoring and achieving results towards key metrics
Delay Analysis: Review and ensure accurate delay coding and documentation
Workforce Planning: Work with workforce planning to assemble bids that are aligned with the department's hourly goals
Administrative Duties: Perform administrative duties daily, including building shift bids, closing bids, daily work assignments, daily payroll, and attendance reports
Staffing Management: Monitor staffing in all areas and verify that overtime is used properly and efficiently
Contract Management: Assure proper management of tough painting contracts or agreements, emphasizing minimal work disputes
Special Projects: May perform special mission duties as directed by Employee Leaders
Shift Requirements
This position includes working assigned shifts based on seniority. Shifts can include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays. We are looking for flexible individuals who can adapt to varying schedules and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Please note that shift preferences will be considered based on seniority and operational needs.

Essential Qualifications
Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
Work Authorization: U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. is required. No current or future work authorization sponsorship is available
Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Location: Must be located in California, USA
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of principles and strategies for providing Customer and personal services, including Customer needs analysis, meeting quality requirements for services, and evaluation of Customer satisfaction
Knowledge of relevant Collective Bargaining Agreements and their applications
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production strategies, and coordination of people and resources
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems including word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
Skilled in the use of good judgment and reasoning to determine the strengths and weaknesses of possible solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Ability to shift back and forth between more than one activity or sources of information (including speech, sounds, touch, or other sources)
Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to provide answers that make sense
Ability to understand and address performance and safety concerns in a timely manner
Ability to ensure all equipment is maintained and available for the operation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Basic computer proficiency
