Job Description:
As a fully remote Customer Service Specialist & Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in converting clients into tailored programs. Key Responsibilities:

Ā Research: Conduct thorough research on target accounts and prospects to tailor outreach efforts and enhance engagement.
Ā Pipeline Management: Maintain and update lead information in our CRM system, tracking progress and ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
Ā Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights to improve lead generation tactics.
Ā Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and overall performance.
Qualifications:
Ā Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with clients.
Ā Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems, Virtual Platforms, Microsoft Office.
