Job Summary
We're looking for a full-time Customer Service Specialist to join our inbound phone team in Evansdale, IA. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you'll be responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, building customer relationships, and resolving customer challenges in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Key Responsibilities
Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls from customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Collaborate with Sales team members and other stakeholders to resolve customer challenges and provide solutions.
Use computer software and multiple programs to manage customer accounts, process orders, and resolve issues.
Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credits, and implement return procedures as needed.
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and procedures.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
Ability to commute to our facility from your home.
A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity.
Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once.
Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of customer service software and technology.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.80, with three automatic raises in 12 months, bringing your pay to $17.00/hour. Our benefits package includes:
