Assist clients with scheduling services and provide information about our offerings.
Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and suggestions for improvement.
Continuously contribute to the development of best practices for customer service.
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance service skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in communications or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.
Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
