What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for our diverse customer base. Customer Interaction & Sales


Handle incoming customer calls with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset
Utilize a proactive sales approach during every customer interaction to identify and capitalize on additional sales and service opportunities
Support new customer acquisition efforts through effective outbound calling campaigns
Upsell and cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and preferences
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to enhance their experience


Product & Process Knowledge


Maintain an in-depth understanding of all arenaflex products and services
Stay current on customer account and billing processes, including new customer onboarding procedures
Master various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service implementation
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities
Continuously update your knowledge base as new products, services, and processes are introduced


Account Management


Provide exceptional customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data
Process new customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
Update existing customer records to ensure information remains current and accurate
Monitor customer accounts for potential issues and proactively address them
Develop trusting and long-lasting relationships with all customers you serve


Financial Operations


Process and coordinate Accounts Receivable functions, including invoice generation and payment follow-up
Manage Collections activities professionally and effectively to maintain healthy cash flow
Handle Accounts Payable functions and activities as needed
Perform financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy in all account-related transactions
Maintain compliance with all financial policies and procedures


Administrative & Technical Functions


Handle various administrative tasks including data entry, reporting, and documentation
Run and analyze reports using Microsoft Office applications and other internal systems
Perform reconciliation around asset and inventory controls
Support purchasing activities and maintain inventory records
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track interactions and manage customer data
Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for efficiency gains
