Compensation & Pay Structure

We believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication. As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy:


Starting Pay: $15.80 per hour
Automatic Raises: Three automatic raises within your first 12 months, bringing your pay to $17.00 per hour!

Work Schedule & Flexibility

Shift Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time
Work Days: Monday through Friday
Weekends Off: Enjoy your Saturdays and Sundays free!

Training & Development Program

When you join arenaflex, you're not just getting a job—you're gaining access to comprehensive training that will set you up for success. Our 8-week Onsite Training Academy is designed to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and tools you need to serve our customers effectively and confidently.

During your training period, you'll learn:


Product knowledge and identification
Order management systems and procedures
Customer relationship building techniques
Resolution strategies for common customer challenges
Company policies, procedures, and best practices
Effective communication and de-escalation skills


On your first day, you'll be provided with all the necessary equipment, including a laptop, dual monitors, keyboard, and accessories, so you can hit the ground running.

Hybrid Work Model

After successfully completing your 8-week training program, you'll transition to our Hybrid Work Environment—a perfect blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.


Standard Hybrid Schedule: Three days onsite and two days working from home each week
Flexibility: You can change your in-office and work-from-home days each week based on your preference
Enhanced Flexibility: Team members who meet work-from-home requirements can earn additional flexibility to work from home up to 5 days a week
Shift Bidding: You'll be eligible to participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts, providing even more control over your schedule

Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, your primary focus will be delivering exceptional service to every customer who reaches out to us. Here's what you'll be doing:


Respond to High Volume of Inbound Phone Calls: Be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their needs with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
Build Customer Relationships: Create positive, lasting impressions by listening actively, understanding concerns, and providing solutions that exceed expectations
Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with Sales team members daily in a team-based environment to ensure seamless customer experiences
Navigate Multiple Computer Programs: Use various PC-based systems and applications with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day
Resolve Customer Challenges: Utilize all available resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
Handle Pricing & Invoicing: Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credits, and implement return procedures accurately
Document Interactions: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions


Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications


Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, or related fields)
Commute Ability: Must be able to commute to our facility from your home location
Home Workspace: A secure, dedicated workspace at home specifically designed for job activity
Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to operate and navigate multiple PC-based programs simultaneously
Internet Requirements: Stable internet connection with verified speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds
