About the Role
As an Inbound Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in representing our brand and building lasting relationships with customers. You'll handle a high volume of inbound phone calls, addressing inquiries, resolving challenges, and ensuring every customer receives the support they need. This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule, giving you your weekends free to recharge and pursue your passions.
Our team reports to a Supervisor, Customer Experience, and you'll work collaboratively with Sales team members daily in a dynamic, team-based environment. The position begins with an 8-week onsite training academy at our Waterloo facility, where you'll gain the knowledge and tools needed to serve our customers effectively. After completing training, eligible team members will enjoy a hybrid work arrangement, splitting their time between our office and home.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist, your daily activities will include:
Responding to inbound phone calls from customers seeking assistance with orders, products, and services
Building strong customer relationships by providing knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient support
Navigating multiple computer programs to access account information, identify products, and manage orders
Resolving customer challenges by utilizing all available resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
Addressing pricing and invoicing discrepancies with accuracy and attention to detail
Applying credits and implementing return procedures in accordance with company policies
Collaborating with Sales team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
Maintaining productivity while sitting for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day) and using computer systems
Compensation and Starting Pay
At arenaflex, we value our team members and believe in rewarding hard work and dedication. Here's what you can expect:
Starting hourly rate: $15.80 per hour
Automatic raises: Three raises within your first 12 months, bringing your pay to $17.00 per hour!
Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time – enjoy your weekends off!
Training pay: You'll be paid during your 8-week training academy
