Specific Job Responsibilities
Ā Contact existing customers on behalf of SiriusXM Satellite Radio.
Ā Upgrade or resubscribe their services utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems
Ā Deliver sales (number of contacts, number of leads/conversions/sales, etc) results that meet client performance objectives.
Ā Deliver productivity results (contacts/hour, sales per hour, accuracy) that meet client performance objectives.
Ā Adhere to standard contact procedures and attempt to build relationships, build support for client products and services, and overcome prospect objections.
Ā Adhere to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards.
Requirements:
Ā Must be a North Carolina Resident
Ā Private and secure workspace at home free from background noise or distractions
Ā Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service Experience are highly preferred
Ā Professional vocabulary
Ā Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Ā Assertive, quick thinking
Ā Excellent schedule adherence and attendance
Ā Prior work-from-home call center experience is a plus!
Ā Good computer skills
Technical Requirements:
Ā Must provide your own Computer or Laptop
Ā Internet Connection - Direct wired connection: Minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10mbps upload of DSL, Fiber Optic, or Cable (no dial-up, satellite, and mobile broadband connections)
