What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve basic support issues, including address changes, customer orders, and billing disputes
Document all customer interactions and escalate calls to Product Support Specialists as necessary
Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently
Maintain knowledge of the credit, debit, and prepaid debit industry regulations and processes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Excellent customer service skills, ideally with at least one year of related experience or in a high-volume call center environment
Knowledge of back-office regulations, processes, and procedures in the financial services sector
Strong computer skills and familiarity with relevant software
Detail-oriented with effective interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
Reliable, hard-wired internet service and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the banking or financial services industry
Previous work in a high-volume customer service environment
