Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 (any graduate/PG eligible to apply)
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Flexibility to work in shifts

Good comprehension skills and ability to address customer issues appropriately
Proficiency in using a desktop/laptop computer system, familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
