Key Responsibilities


Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Identify and escalate priority issues to high-level management, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer complaints.
Follow up on complicated customer interactions, providing personalized support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Record details of customer interactions accurately and efficiently, using our CRM system to track customer history and preferences.
Develop rapport with customers, tailoring interactions to their unique needs and preferences, and consistently delivering a positive and upbeat experience.
Offer solutions rather than excuses, taking ownership of customer issues and resolving them in a fair and timely manner.


Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:


1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, where you've developed a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Basic computer skills, including navigation, typing (30+ wpm), copy/paste, and multitasking, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
Positive and friendly demeanor, with a can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Preferred Qualifications


Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and technology.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
