What You'll Do: The Heart of Our Customer Experience

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand – the voice that customers hear when they reach out for support, guidance, and solutions. Your role is multifaceted, requiring a blend of technical proficiency, interpersonal skills, and genuine problem-solving capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities


Inbound Call Management: Handle incoming calls from our valued cardholders and customers with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Every interaction is an opportunity to build lasting relationships and demonstrate our commitment to customer success.
Exceptional Customer Service Delivery: Maintain our high standards of customer interaction, ensuring every caller receives attentive, personalized support that exceeds their expectations.
Computerized Record Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer information in our computerized systems, ensuring data integrity and facilitating seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Sales Authorization: Process and authorize transactions while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Need to Succeed

We're seeking individuals who bring a combination of technical aptitude, interpersonal skills, and a genuine desire to help others. While we provide comprehensive training, certain foundational skills and attributes are essential for success in this role.

Essential Qualifications


Customer Service Experience: A minimum of six months of experience in a customer service role (any industry) or equivalent military service experience. We've found that this foundational experience helps candidates navigate the complexities of customer interactions with confidence.
Location Requirement: You must live within a commutable distance (approximately 2.5 hours) of Rapid City, South Dakota. While this is primarily a work-from-home position, periodic in-person meetings and training sessions require proximity to our location.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable and confident using computers, including the ability to manage multiple windows and applications simultaneously. You should be capable of typing efficiently while maintaining phone conversations.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication abilities with the capacity to convey information clearly, listen actively, and respond appropriately to diverse customer needs.
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of application.
Regulatory Compliance: Must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. This position involves responsibilities that require specific regulatory eligibility.

Remote Work Structure


Full-Time Position: This is a full-time opportunity, providing the stability and consistency of regular hours.
Home Office Setup: Work from the comfort of your own home – we provide all necessary computer equipment, technology, and resources to ensure you have everything needed for success.
Environment Requirements: To excel in this role, you must have access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable high-speed internet connectivity.
In-Person Components: While primarily remote, occasional in-person training sessions and meetings will be required. That's why our candidates must live within commutable distance of Rapid City, SD. These sessions are essential for team building, skill development, and maintaining the collaborative culture that makes arenaflex special.

Pre-Employment Screening: All candidates must be willing to complete a drug test, background investigation, and fingerprint submission as part of our selection process.
Legal Authorization: Legal authorization to work in the United States is required. Unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor employment visas for this position, now or in the future.
Internal Mobility Policy: New hires at Level 4-7 must have nine months of continuous service before becoming eligible to post for other roles. Once this requirement is met, there is a minimum six-month waiting period before posting for future non-exempt positions. Employees at Level 8 or above must have at least 24 months in position before posting. All internal applicants must consistently meet performance expectations and receive manager approval (or manager and HR approval if performance expectations are not met) before applying for new positions.
