Job Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our database.
Collaborate with other departments (dispatch, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Educate customers on Waste Management services, pricing, and policies to provide clear and accurate information.
Assist with billing inquiries and troubleshooting to resolve payment or service-related questions.
Uphold company standards and values while delivering friendly, effective service to each customer.
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
At least 1-2 years of customer service experience (call center or related environment preferred).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be flexible with work hours, including occasional evenings or weekends if required.
