About the Role: Warehouse Customer Service Representative We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join our team at our West Chester, PA location. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless interactions with our customers, processing orders, and coordinating logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professionaloice, and courteousoiceoice manner Process orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Select carriers and coordinate with consignees for appointments Collaborate with CSR teams and LTL carriers to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction Follow up on daily shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any issues that may arise Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed to support the customer service team Essential Qualifications & Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: Good computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on phone etiquette A keen attention to detail, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service Strong follow-up skills, with the ability to resolve issues from start to finish Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays when required Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Knowledge of supply chain operations and logistics principles Familiarity with customer service software and systems What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your well-being and financial security.
