Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to grow their customer support services. The ideal CSR will be committed to delivering excellent support to our customers, field-based teams and internal teams. This role will be a part of the North America Customer Service function throughout the customer lifecycle, including pre- and post-sales, ongoing utilization and reorders. This position will be an integral part of the Customer Service team. Ideal candidates are experienced CSR for an orthodontic manufacturer or dental manufacturer.

Responsibilities:

· Execute the Customer Service Department Roadmap

· Utilize and support the CRM, ERP Systems

· Own customer resolutions from top to bottom

· Ensure compliance and support, internally & externally

· Utilize Customer Service training materials and SOP's ensuring team compliance

· Participate in Customer Service meetings and cross-departmental communications

· Own customer complaints and order processing

· Provide customer service metrics, KPI's and reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations.

· Participate in team-building events and activities to foster Customer Service relationships and recognition

· Participate in all process development, employee retention, and turn-around-time goals supporting Commercial revenue goals

· Performs other functions and duties as required

Qualifications:

· BS degree preferred or 5 years' experience in the Medical Device or Dental Industry

· Minimum of 3 years prior experience working for a dental manufacturer, preferably orthodontic manufacturer

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Experience with presenting using PowerPoint and Excel data.

· Experience in Commercial departments and/ or sales with client-facing communications

· Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and a CRM program
