What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative supporting our streaming services client, you'll play a vital role in delivering world-class support to millions of entertainment enthusiasts. Your daily responsibilities will include:


Handling inbound customer calls of varying types with professionalism and empathy
Providing exceptional guest experiences that exceed expectations
Troubleshooting streaming issues on various devices including smartphones, smart TVs, tablets, and computers
Assisting customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and subscription management
Guiding users through the setup and configuration of streaming applications
Resolving technical issues related to streaming quality, playback errors, and connectivity
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
Meeting and exceeding performance targets for customer satisfaction, call handling efficiency, and issue resolution
Collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve overall service quality
Staying up-to-date on new streaming content, features, and platform updates to provide accurate information


What We're Looking For: Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:


Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment
A genuine passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
Hands-on experience with streaming services, including basic troubleshooting skills
Demonstrated understanding of streaming services across multiple platforms (phones, smart TVs, tablets, computers)
Basic PC keyboarding skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
Excellent multi-tasking abilities, with the capacity to use several applications simultaneously
Experience with CRM applications (preferred but not required)
Outstanding communication skills – both verbal and written
A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for helping others


Technical Requirements for Remote Work

Since this is a remote position, you'll need to set up your home office with the following technical specifications to ensure success:


Internet Connectivity:

Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster, the better!)
A hard-wired Internet connection (not wireless or satellite) capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality
In-house network that can handle high-speed response rates


Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free, and secure place to work
Equipment: arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment, including headset and software access


Additional Requirements


This position is open only to residents of the United States
You must be authorized to work in the United States to be considered for employment
Must be able to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed
