About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative - Small Business, you will become an expert in one of our two unique small business lending brands through our comprehensive 4-week training program. Your primary responsibility will be to provide superior customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and educating them on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities


Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing their questions and providing service in a timely and professional manner.
Manage and respond to all customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels, fulfilling requests and offering comprehensive education on our products and services.
Deliver high-quality support by handling tasks related to payment processing, creating payment plans, and addressing other account-related matters to enhance the overall customer experience.
Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication, ensuring that customer interactions are positive and resolution-oriented.
Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information, ensuring that customer data is current and reflects the most recent interactions.
Develop a deep understanding of our small business lending products and services, staying up-to-date on features, benefits, and any changes to ensure that customers receive accurate and relevant information.


Requirements and Qualifications

Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards.
Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices, with the ability to learn and navigate our specific CRM platform.


Preferred Qualifications


Experience in a call center setting, preferably in a customer service or financial services environment.
Previous experience working with small business customers or in a related field, with a understanding of their unique needs and challenges.
