PoolLogic is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join the team in a fully remote position. Serving as the voice of the company, this role is essential in ensuring that customers have a positive experience with the companys services. This is a contractor position.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding pool maintenance, scheduling, and services
... Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
Collaborate with pool technicians and other departments to address complex customer needs
Contribute to improving customer service processes and policies
Key Requirements:
Fluent, near-native level spoken English
Availability to work US business hours
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in customer service or related field
Proficiency with common computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly
Requirements
Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
1-2 years of customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Knowledge of pool maintenance is a plus, but not required training will be provided!
