Position Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote basis. As a CSR, you will be responsible for engaging, consulting, and educating callers based on their unique needs, ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively. You'll handle customer inquiries by phone or email, provide accurate and timely information, and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Strong problem-solving ability, with the ability to analyze problems and find solutions
Ability to multitask and prioritize, with excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using computer systems and software, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and applications


Preferred Qualifications:


Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately record and maintain customer information
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with excellent collaboration and communication skills
