Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers via telephone and assisting with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations. Key Responsibilities Customer Interactions: Answer incoming calls from customers, actively listen to their concerns, and provide personalized support. Travel Arrangements: Assist customers with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations, making changes to travel plans as needed. Itinerary Management: Confirm or obtain customers' travel itineraries, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Refund Processing: Process refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures. Problem-Solving: Help customers resolve travel-related issues, demonstrating empathy and effective problem-solving skills. Communication: Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues. Documentation: Document information and outcomes as necessary, maintaining accurate records. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Functions Prior Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or travel industry setting. Geographical Knowledge: Strong geographical knowledge, with the ability to understand and navigate travel-related information. Travel Industry Experience: Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is highly preferred.
