Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support. You'll be the primary point of contact for patients, responding to phone inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing expert advice. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build trust with patients and provide personalized support.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to patient inquiries via phone, providing clear and concise information about their pharmacy benefits and addressing concerns with empathy and expertise
* Use your knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve patient issues effectively, escalating concerns as needed
* Document all patient interactions in real-time, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records
* Identify and address patient concerns, providing expert advice and support
* Collaborate with your team to ensure seamless communication and support
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED required
* 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
* General PC knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in healthcare or a related field
* Knowledge of pharmacy benefits and healthcare services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
