You will be responsible for: * Answering customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner * Providing product information, recommendations, and solutions to customer inquiries * Processing orders, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to our team * Collaborating with our team to resolve customer complaints and concerns * Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge * Working closely with our sales and marketing teams to promote our products and services **A Day in the Life** As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Here's an overview of what a typical day might look like: * You'll start your day by clocking in and checking in with the team on Microsoft Teams * You'll then sign into Acumatica, our internal inventory management tool and customer database, and log into the VoIP phone system or our email program * You'll begin answering calls or emails to aid customers in placing new orders, checking on existing orders, adding to an order, or troubleshooting on an order they received * You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer complaints and concerns, and participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge **Training & Coaching** As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.
