Position Overview We are expanding our Customer Care team and are looking for enthusiastic, empathetic, and solution‑oriented individuals to join us as Remote Customer Service Representatives . This full‑time, work‑from‑home role is based in the Las Vegas, NV market (you must live within a 75‑mile radius). You will be the trusted voice that helps members understand their pharmacy benefit plans, navigate prescription coverage, and resolve inquiries with confidence and care. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from Gigflowx members, providing clear, accurate information about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail‑order options. Explain benefit details, eligibility criteria, and cost‑share structures in plain language, ensuring members feel empowered to make informed health decisions. Utilize Talensparkx’s proprietary systems and Windows‑based applications to retrieve member data, process transactions, and document interactions in compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards. Identify opportunities to simplify the member experience, offering proactive solutions such as formulary alternatives, prior‑authorizations, and pharmacy network guidance. Collaborate with internal teams—including Pharmacy Operations, Clinical Services, and Technical Support—to resolve complex issues and close knowledge gaps. Maintain a professional, courteous telephone etiquette at all times, demonstrating patience, empathy, and confidence. Participate in an 8‑week hybrid training program that blends on‑site hands‑on learning, self‑paced modules, and live coaching from seasoned leaders. Adhere to scheduled start times, which rotate between 6 am and 7 pm local time to meet business needs while providing flexibility for personal priorities. Continuously meet performance metrics such as Average Handle Time, First Call Resolution, and Quality Assurance scores, while also contributing to a supportive team environment. Essential Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing role (call center, retail, hospitality, military service, or similar). Proficient with Windows‑based computer applications; ability to quickly learn new software platforms. High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree or comparable experience is preferred. Demonstrated ability to solve problems positively and efficiently, even under pressure. Strong oral communication skills, with an emphasis on clear diction, active listening, and respectful dialogue. Reliability and strict adherence to scheduled work hours and attendance policies. Preferred Skills & Attributes Associate’s degree or related coursework in health administration, communications, or a similar field. Experience navigating health‑care or insurance terminology, preferably within pharmacy benefit programs. Natural empathy and a genuine concern for improving members’ quality of life. Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when handling escalated or emotionally charged calls. Strong interpersonal skills that foster collaboration with teammates and cross‑functional partners. Compensation & Benefits The hourly wage for this role ranges from $17.00 to $27.90 , reflecting experience, education, and geographic factors.
