Responsibilities:
Handle incoming contacts for Marriott brands via voice, email, and chat
Process reservation requests and support basic loyalty and customer care requests
Identify guest reservation needs and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
Provide customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience required
No supervisory experience required
Must live within 100 miles of Austin, TX CEC
Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 3 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed
