Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), demonstrating a foundational level of education and commitment to your academic pursuits. 0-2 years of related experience, providing a solid foundation in customer-facing roles or related fields. 6+ months of contact center experience or customer service experience, showcasing your ability to handle customer interactions with poise and professionalism. Strong organization, written, and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively navigate multiple systems, craft clear responses, and communicate empathetically with customers. A typing speed of 35wpm or more, demonstrating your ability to efficiently document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
