Refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated department
Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems
Review and educate members on services and insurance coverage
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
0-2 years of related experience
6+ months contact center experience OR customer service experience
Strong organization, written, and verbal communication skills
Typing speed of 35wpm or more
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to work overtime as required
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
