What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders and claimants via phone
Handle inbound calls related to home and auto policy inquiries and servicing needs
Explain the claims process and assist in initiating damage appraisals and car rentals
Promote digital self-service capabilities and utilize multiple computer applications accurately
Take ownership of customer interactions to enhance service satisfaction and brand value
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Demonstrated background in customer service, insurance, retail, restaurant, or related fields
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong empathy for customers
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, complex environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree is a plus
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bilingual in Spanish and English to enhance customer relationships
Experience working in a Windows-based computer environment
Proven ability to work collaboratively in team settings
