What You’ll Do: Making Connections That Matter

As part of our dynamic contact center team, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting potential homeowners with their dream mortgages. Your daily responsibilities will include:


Proactive Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to potential mortgage customers, reaching out to individuals who have expressed interest in home financing options. You’ll be the first point of contact, setting the tone for their entire mortgage journey.
Needs Assessment: Engage in brief yet impactful conversations (typically 5-6 minutes) to understand customers’ current mortgage needs and determine their eligibility for our client’s home mortgage products.
Lead Qualification: Follow carefully designed conversation scripts to identify interested prospects and gather essential information that will be passed to our dedicated home mortgage consultants.
High-Volume Activity: Manage a fast-paced calling queue, making approximately 100-150 calls per day while maintaining energy, professionalism, and positivity throughout.
Customer Relationship Building: Represent arenaflex and our client with integrity, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
Documentation: Accurately record call outcomes, customer preferences, and lead status in our CRM system to ensure seamless hand-offs to the sales team.
Multi-Channel Flexibility: Depending on team needs, you may handle inbound inquiries, blended inbound/outbound roles, or dedicated outbound campaigns—adaptability is key!

Who We’re Looking For: Ideal Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently over the phone.
Positive Attitude: A friendly, energetic approach that makes customers feel valued and appreciated.
Comfort with High-Volume Calling: Ability to maintain enthusiasm and effectiveness while making 100-150 calls daily.
Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems, email, and standard office applications.
Florida Location: Must be based in Florida and comfortable working in a remote or hybrid capacity.
Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts based on business needs.


Preferred Background

Prior experience in retail sales, call center environments, or customer service roles
Background in financial services, banking, or mortgage industries
Experience with high-volume phone-based interactions
History of meeting or exceeding performance targets
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
