6 months of previous call center experience or remote work-from-home experience
Lives within 90 minutes of our local facility (8085 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406)
Reliable High-Speed Internet connection at primary residence
Ability to connect directly to router with Ethernet cable
Dedicated workspace during working hours, free from outside noise and distractions
Minimum network speed: 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload
High School diploma or GED equivalency
Must be able to pass a background check
