Customer Service Representative (Part-Time/Remote)

NAMS is currently seeking a Part-Time, Call Center Customer Service Representative (20 hours per week) for its para-transit... transportation program call center. This position handles inbound and outbound calls while ensuring timely booking of trips for our valued customers. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must! Get to work from HOME every other week!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answering phones (incoming and outgoing calls)
• Scheduling appointments for our customers
• Addressing customer inquiries
• Registering customers
Benefits:
• $18.00 per hour
• Work from home every other week.

Requirements:
• Schedule is Monday-Friday 7:00AM – 11:00 AM
• Comprehensive 4-6 week training done at the office before starting the hybrid 50/50 position.
• Call center experience preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Must have the ability to have a workspace at home that meets remote work policies
• Must have reliable internet at home
• Must be willing to work at the office if unable to connect at home for >30 minutes
• Punctual and reliable
• Computer skills required
• Great communication skills
