- Respond to a high volume of phone and digital communications while delivering exceptional customer service
- Answer inquiries related to orders, products, policies, and services with accuracy and timeliness
- Perform filing and other general clerical duties as required by the supervisor
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor
- Help customers place orders and provide recommendations and information on products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service and call center experience preferred
- Excellent oral, written communication, and listening skills
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency and ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Contributes to a positive team spirit
