As a Customer Service Representative - Part-Time, you'll play a crucial role in delivering expert customer service, resolving customer queries, and providing support via inbound and outbound calls and the internet. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries. Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues, offering solutions and troubleshooting steps as needed. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity. Offer additional products and/or services to customers, enhancing their overall experience and driving business growth. Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude, reflecting blithequark's commitment to customer satisfaction. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a similar environment. A high school diploma or equivalent (GED). A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home to ensure productivity. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously. A desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing (a work computer may be provided depending on the position). High-speed internet connection (wired) and a smartphone for work-related activities. Residence in the United States or a valid U.S. address. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, having previous experience in a remote or flexible work environment can be beneficial.
