As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to deliver world-class customer support. Essential Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a customer service role (phone, chat, or in-person) is preferred, though we welcome enthusiastic candidates with less experience who demonstrate the right attitude
Location: Must reside within a 40-mile radius of our Valdosta, Georgia facility for on-site participation
Technical Proficiency: Strong PC skills and the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously
Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed based on business requirements
